Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) for Passenger Handling Personnel

About the Course

The Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) for Passenger Handling Personnel e-learning course provides essential training for airline, airport, and ground handling staff who interact directly with passengers and crew.

A safe and efficient air transport system relies on a competent and well-trained workforce. This course follows IATA’s Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) approach, as defined in IATA DGR Section 1.5 and Function 7.5 of the IATA Dangerous Goods Training Guidance.

Through interactive and practical modules, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence required to identify, handle, and manage dangerous goods in baggage, ensuring compliance with global safety standards and preventing undeclared or prohibited items from being carried on board.
